Wenatchee valley BICYCLE MASTER PLAN
The Wenatchee Valley Bicycle Master Plan is a blueprint for incorporating bicycle transportation as a viable and attractive option for the communities of Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, Rock Island and the adjacent unincorporated areas of Chelan and Douglas counties.
The Council will develop additional bicycle master plans to address other areas in Chelan and Douglas counties by the request of individual cities and towns. The Council also coordinates with school districts and Wenatchee Valley College in the development of "Safe Routes to Schools" plans and related projects to improve safety and encourage student bicycling and walking.

Interested in new bike routes? A bike map was produced by CDTC with funding support provided by Our Valley Our Future. CDTC's Regional Bicycle Advisory (RBAC) and Technical Advisory (TAC) Committees, along with community partners and a variety of local agencies provided data, guidance, and review assistance throughout the map development process. In December 2018, the League of American Bicyclists awarded the Wenatchee Valley with a renewed “Bicycle Friendly Community” bronze status. We appreciate the League’s feedback and proud of our improvements!
