Jeff is responsible for CDTC’s overall administration, management, and fiscal oversight. His work includes supporting the Governing Board, building organizational capacity, developing programs, budgets, and work plans, overseeing federal funding programs and competitive funding allocations, conducting policy analysis, fostering internal and external relationships, and coordinating with partners statewide. Jeff is also available by invitation to provide informational presentations to community, civic, and business organizations.
