The Transportation Performance Report is Chelan-Douglas Transportation Council’s (CDTC) annual documentation of the region’s progress towards meeting highway and transit system performance targets, and any revisions to performance targets, as defined by the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) and Link Transit. The performance measures defined in this report are not synonymous with CDTC’s policies and measures used for identifying transportation system deficiencies in the Regional Transportation Plan.
