Chad is the clerk of the governing board as well as the office manager covering diverse day-to-day responsibilities. He is a member of the Washington Municipal Clerks Association as well as the International Institute of Municipal Clerks. [email Chad]

Nicole Campbell, AICP  |  Senior Transportation Planner
Nicole manages planning studies for improving public transit, walking and bicycling. She is also the staff coordinator for the Regional Bicycle Advisory Committee and is a certified planner through the American Planning Association's American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). [email Nicole]

Riley Shewak  |  Associate Transportation Planner
Riley is CDTC’s Geographic Information Systems (GIS) manager as well as the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) administrator. He is experienced in graphic production and data visualization as well as 3D rendering. Riley is also the staff coordinator for CDTC’s Technical Advisory Committee. [email Riley]
